V. G. Nemchinov (1888-) proposed in 1923 the attached aeronavigation slide rule, but wrote in his navigation device book that that if it cannot be produced in Soviet Union, then Nestler slide rules with some extra markings/scales drawn on them must be used. Evidently Nemchinov’s slide rule was never serially produced.
